- Provide courteous and efficient service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues.
- Uphold strict hygiene standards: clean workstations, dining areas, and equipment according to health regulations.
- Adhere to the restaurant’s dress code, presenting a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Follow the no‑smoking policy and refrain from personal phone use during work hours to maintain focus and safety.
- Participate in regular team briefings, contribute ideas for process improvements, and assist in training new hires.
- Document and report any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the manager promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and uphold brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit.
- No prior experience required – we provide full training.
- Strong sense of discipline and punctuality; must be able to adhere to a fixed schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Honest, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Prohibited from smoking and using personal mobile devices while on duty.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with a store management system.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a willingness to learn English is a plus.
