Introduction
We are seeking energetic and disciplined individuals to join our Petugas Keamanan Tim Siaga (Rapid Response Security Team). This position is a cornerstone of our security operations, providing a visible presence, rapid incident response, and safeguarding of people, property, and assets across a variety of client sites. The role is ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and are ready to work a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. Successful applicants will be deployed immediately, with a specific focus on coverage between 19 – 25 March, and will become an integral part of a professional security force that values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, promptly reporting any suspicious activity to the control center.
- Control access points by verifying identification, managing visitor logs, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter secure areas.
- Provide immediate response to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, following established escalation protocols.
- Assist in crowd management during events, ensuring orderly movement and adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and outcomes for management review.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when incidents exceed internal response capabilities.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, wearing the company‑issued uniform and equipment, and ensuring all gear is functional.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Height of at least 168 cm with a proportional body weight.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings that could compromise the professional image.
- Willingness to commence duty between 19 – 25 March and join the team immediately.
- Ability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic understanding of security principles and a strong commitment to safety.
- Excellent observational skills, good communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical fitness sufficient for standing, walking, and occasional lifting during patrols.
