Introduction
BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Consultant – Area Recovery to join our dynamic team in the Yogyakarta region. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s financial health by engaging with customers whose loan repayments have exceeded 150 days past due. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between our internal departments and external stakeholders, employing strong negotiation and analytical skills to reduce losses while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize delinquent accounts that are 150 days or more past due.
- Conduct field visits and on‑site meetings with customers to understand repayment challenges.
- Coordinate closely with credit, legal, and collection teams to develop tailored repayment plans.
- Negotiate settlements, restructuring options, or payment schedules that align with both customer capability and BCA Finance’s risk policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and follow‑up actions in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on recovery performance, highlighting trends, risk factors, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as legal counsel or debt collection partners, when necessary.
- Provide feedback to product and underwriting teams based on field insights to help refine credit policies.
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) and internal data‑privacy standards.
- Participate in continuous training programs to stay current with regulatory changes and best‑practice recovery techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical mindset to assess financial data and identify viable recovery solutions.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motorcycle for field assignments.
- Residence within Yogyakarta or surrounding areas, with willingness to be stationed at the BCA Finance Yogyakarta branch.
