Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:30, providing a structured yet vibrant work environment where collaboration with design and marketing colleagues is key.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and any additional platforms) ensuring brand consistency and timely updates.
- Develop, create, and schedule a diverse mix of content—including posts, stories, reels, short videos, and carousel ads—aligned with marketing calendars and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a courteous and brand‑aligned manner to foster customer engagement and loyalty.
- Track performance metrics using platform insights and third‑party analytics tools; prepare weekly reports highlighting reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion trends.
- Research and incorporate current social media trends, viral challenges, popular hashtags, and emerging formats to keep the brand’s voice fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to source visual assets, and with the broader marketing team to align social initiatives with broader promotional strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social campaigns, including budget monitoring, audience targeting, and ad performance evaluation.
- Maintain a content library and editorial calendar, ensuring that all scheduled posts are approved, on‑brand, and compliant with company policies.
- Support community management initiatives such as contests, giveaways, and user‑generated content drives to stimulate organic reach.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and content design.
- Excellent organizational abilities; capable of juggling multiple posting schedules and deadlines.
- Customer‑service orientation—ability to handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
