Introduction
The Manajer Keuangan dan Akuntansi Perusahaan is a pivotal leadership role responsible for steering the financial health and accounting integrity of the organization. This position reports directly to senior management and collaborates closely with department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting, strategic budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with effective people management, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process, aligning financial goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and any applicable IFRS standards.
- Lead the accounting team in day‑to‑day operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and implement effective treasury strategies to optimize liquidity.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for cost control and profit improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and internal control policies, coordinating with external auditors as needed.
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems, leveraging ERP software to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Mentor and train junior accountants, fostering professional development and succession planning within the finance department.
- Support business units with financial modeling, investment appraisal, and scenario planning for new projects or market expansions.
- Collaborate with HR on compensation structures, including salary, commissions, and benefit programs, to maintain competitive yet sustainable payroll expenses.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a focus on experience and capability rather than a specific age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No minimum years required, but demonstrated experience in financial planning, accounting, or related roles will be considered a strong advantage.
