Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and security checks.
- Maintain optimal shelf presentation by stocking, rotating, and labeling merchandise according to the store’s visual standards.
- Operate the store’s Sistem Manajemen Toko to record sales, update inventory levels, and generate end‑of‑day reports.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, handling returns, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to execute shift schedules, ensuring coverage during peak hours, weekends, and national holidays.
- Conduct regular cleanliness checks of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back‑room areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Support promotional activities by setting up displays, distributing marketing materials, and tracking promotional stock.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits, reporting discrepancies and assisting with loss‑prevention initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, point‑of‑sale systems, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent). Candidates with a high school diploma (SMK) or comparable qualification are also welcome.
- Age: Up to 25 years old.
- Gender: Female applicants are preferred, though the role is open to all qualified candidates.
- Marital status: Unmarried, as the schedule may include weekend and holiday shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating cooperation, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work shift patterns, including Saturdays and national holidays, from 08:00 to 17:00 (Monday‑Saturday).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Basic proficiency with retail management software and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
