Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and professional driver to join our logistics team for the transportation of goods throughout the Bogor Raya area. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes, ensuring optimal travel times and adherence to schedules.
- Load, secure, and unload merchandise, verifying that items are intact and correctly documented.
- Maintain the company vehicle in clean and safe condition, performing routine inspections, oil changes, tire checks, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Interact courteously with customers upon delivery, obtaining signatures, confirming receipt, and addressing any immediate concerns.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations, including the use of protective equipment when required.
- Prepare accurate delivery logs, mileage reports, and fuel consumption records for management review.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or damaged goods to the warehouse team.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.
- Provide feedback on route efficiency and suggest improvements for cost reduction and service enhancement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid SIM B1 (general) driving license with a clean driving record.
- Preferably 1+ years of professional driving experience; fresh graduates are also considered.
- Thorough knowledge of the Bogor Raya area, including major streets, traffic patterns, and delivery points.
- Ability to present a recent SKCK (police clearance) and a health certificate confirming fitness for duty.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact politely with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Physical capability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg safely.
- Basic proficiency with mobile navigation apps and company reporting software.
