Introduction
Lorens Bakery, a fast‑growing Food & Beverage brand with 12 strategically located branches across Tangerang Selatan, Depok, and Bogor, is seeking a dedicated Technician – AC Installation, Maintenance, and Repair. This full‑time position will support the day‑to‑day operation of our production facilities, ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and climate‑control systems run safely and efficiently. The role is based in the Pamulang/Tangerang Selatan area, with a standard schedule of 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on bakery equipment, HVAC units, ventilation fans, and auxiliary machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, motor failures, and control‑panel issues to minimize production downtime.
- Install, test, and commission new air‑conditioning systems, ensuring proper refrigerant charging, airflow balancing, and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain the building’s electrical distribution, including circuit breakers, lighting, and emergency power supplies.
- Inspect and service water supply and drainage networks, quickly addressing leaks, clogs, or pump malfunctions that could affect hygiene.
- Respond promptly to repair requests from the operational team or individual branches, prioritizing tasks based on impact on production.
- Document all maintenance activities, generate work‑order reports, and update asset registers to keep the management informed of equipment health.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to order spare parts, ensuring an adequate inventory of critical components.
- Train junior staff or new hires on basic troubleshooting techniques, safety protocols, and proper tool usage.
- Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, company SOPs, and industry best practices for safety and quality.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as per company policy).
- Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) with a focus on Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in maintenance, preferably within a food‑production or bakery environment.
- Residence within Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan, or surrounding areas for easy commute.
- Solid understanding of basic electrical systems, circuit diagrams, and safety procedures.
- Proven skills in AC installation, refrigeration cycle troubleshooting, and preventative HVAC care.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, showing strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward preventing equipment failures.
- Familiarity with water‑system maintenance, including potable‑water and drainage infrastructure.
- Basic computer literacy for logging maintenance data and reading technical manuals.
