Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Pharmacist with Medication Management Experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced outpatient setting, providing critical pharmaceutical services to patients while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will possess a professional pharmacy degree, an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi), and a passion for delivering safe, evidence‑based medication therapy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with national regulations and clinic protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews, identify drug‑therapy problems, and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock audits, and manage the procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
- Provide patient counseling on proper medication use, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical rounds, offering pharmacotherapeutic expertise and supporting evidence‑based decision making.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and safety standards, including handling controlled substances.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies, standard operating procedures, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging pharmacy practice trends, new drug therapies, and continuing education opportunities.
- Serve as a mentor and trainer for pharmacy interns, junior staff, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy, with a professional pharmacy license (Apoteker).
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is mandatory.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- While prior experience is not mandatory, any exposure to hospital or clinic pharmacy practice is considered an advantage.
