Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Operational Staff to support our bustling warung (convenience store) and deliver excellent customer service. This entry‑level role is ideal for recent high school graduates who are energetic, responsible, and eager to develop a career in retail operations. Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warung, ensuring all products are displayed neatly and shelves are fully stocked.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, handle transactions accurately, and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash and electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, verify received goods, and manage back‑room storage.
  • Support promotional activities, such as setting up displays, distributing flyers, and informing customers about special offers.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and waste disposal.
  • Participate in shift handovers, communicating any issues or outstanding tasks to the next team.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing responsibilities and covering shifts as needed to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a preference for young, energetic individuals.
