Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Operational Staff to support our bustling warung (convenience store) and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warung, ensuring all products are displayed neatly and shelves are fully stocked.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, handle transactions accurately, and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash and electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, verify received goods, and manage back‑room storage.
- Support promotional activities, such as setting up displays, distributing flyers, and informing customers about special offers.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and waste disposal.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating any issues or outstanding tasks to the next team.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing responsibilities and covering shifts as needed to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
