Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, including ingredients, dietary options, and daily specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and replenishing linens.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel to coordinate order flow and manage peak‑hour service efficiently.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issue receipts, and balance the till at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as mandated by local regulations and restaurant policies.
- Assist in inventory checks for tableware, glassware, and service supplies, reporting shortages to management.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as specified by the employer).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Own reliable personal transportation to commute to the Sengkang location.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work an 8‑hour shift (08:00 – 17:00) from Monday to Saturday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Basic proficiency in food and beverage service techniques.
