Introduction
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our logistics team as Logistics Support Operational Crew Members. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, materials, and personnel across our operational sites located in Parabek and the surrounding riverine area of Sungai Pua. Candidates will work closely with warehouse supervisors, field operators, and transport coordinators to maintain a high level of service continuity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper handling and documentation of all items.
- Prepare and organize supplies, equipment, and meals for field teams, leveraging cooking skills to provide nutritious meals during extended deployments.
- Conduct routine checks of transport vehicles and support equipment, reporting any maintenance needs to the fleet manager.
- Maintain clean and orderly work environments, both in the warehouse and at remote sites, adhering to company hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics planner to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any routing issues that arise.
- Support team members in setting up temporary storage facilities or field camps, ensuring all safety protocols are observed.
- Document daily activities in the store management system, updating inventory levels and usage reports in real time.
- Provide on‑site assistance during emergency response drills, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and in diverse weather conditions.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and external partners to ensure seamless information flow.
- Participate in regular training sessions on logistics best practices, food safety, and occupational health & safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑24 years old; open to both male and female applicants.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques to prepare meals for crew members.
- Presentable appearance: neat, clean, and professionally groomed at all times.
- Willingness to be stationed in Parabek and the riverine area of Sungai Pua for extended periods.
- Personal vehicle ownership for commuting to remote locations.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, showing flexibility and collaborative spirit.
- Basic literacy in the store management system and an understanding of inventory control.
