Introduction
Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an energetic and motivated Associate Sales Specialist to join our growing team in the Tanjung Morawa region. You will be the face of Home Credit at partner outlets, helping customers understand and use our flexible payment solutions while promoting the brand across both physical and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote Home Credit’s payment and financing products at partner retail outlets, including street‑level stores and shopping malls within Tanjung Morawa and surrounding areas.
- Engage customers in a consultative manner, explaining eligibility criteria, payment terms, and benefits of using Home Credit services.
- Guide customers through the application and payment process, ensuring all documentation is accurately captured and submitted.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate the Home Credit mobile app, assist with digital sign‑ups, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Develop and execute localized social‑media campaigns (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to raise awareness of financing options and drive foot traffic to partner outlets.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the brand with a positive attitude at all times.
- Collect daily sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights, then report findings to the regional sales manager for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with outlet staff and Home Credit’s internal teams to coordinate promotional events, seasonal offers, and special financing programs.
- Adhere to a fixed work schedule of Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, and be flexible to attend occasional weekend or evening events as needed.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge through company‑provided training and stay informed about industry trends in consumer credit and e‑commerce.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent; candidates with prior work experience are preferred.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
