Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven individual to join our team as a Mitra Program Penawaran Denda in Idi Rayeuk. The role focuses on offering payment and settlement options to consumers who have outstanding fines that are approaching full settlement. This position is field‑based, requiring frequent travel across the district, strong interpersonal skills, and a steadfast commitment to meeting targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the fine‑settlement outreach process. Core duties include:
- Conducting door‑to‑door visits and scheduled appointments with consumers who have pending fines, clearly explaining settlement options and payment plans.
- Negotiating repayment terms that align with both the consumer’s capacity and the organization’s policies, aiming to maximize collection rates.
- Documenting every interaction in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate records of offers made, agreements reached, and payments received.
- Coordinating with the finance and legal teams to verify payment status and update customer accounts in real time.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports on outreach activities, success rates, and any obstacles encountered in the field.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct while representing the organization in the community.
- Identifying patterns or recurring issues in payment defaults and providing feedback to improve the program’s effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations, data‑privacy standards, and internal policies throughout all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C license.
- Strong integrity, resilience, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Willingness to work in the field, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a collaborative spirit.
- Basic competency in debt collection processes and interpersonal negotiation techniques.
