Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Operasional Dapur dan Persiapan Makanan to join our dynamic food‑and‑beverage team in Yogyakarta. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, portion, and arrange ingredients for all menu items according to standardized recipes.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, slicers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Assist chefs and line cooks during peak service periods, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform daily stock checks, and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to HACCP and local food‑safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine cleaning of storage areas, refrigeration units, and work surfaces, documenting sanitation activities.
  • Support waste‑reduction initiatives by properly labeling leftovers and managing food waste according to company policy.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely receipt and proper storage of incoming supplies.
  • Participate in weekly menu tastings and provide feedback to improve flavor profiles and presentation.
  • Be flexible to work on special events, off‑site catering assignments, and occasional travel outside Yogyakarta as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a commercial kitchen or food‑service environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for the food & beverage sector.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and management.
  • Initiative, fast learning ability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Excellent personal hygiene and disciplined work ethic.
  • Willingness to be assigned to locations outside the city (Yogyakarta) when needed.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during events.
  • Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and tools.
