Introduction
The Officer Remedial position is based in Cikupa, serving the greater Jabodetabekser region. This role is a critical component of Adira’s multifinance operations, focusing on the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). As a frontline professional, you will work directly from the Adira branch office that aligns with your domicile, ensuring that the company’s cash flow remains healthy while fostering strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are performed within established timelines.
- Monitor daily A/R aging reports, identify high‑risk delinquent accounts, and prioritize collection activities accordingly.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and negotiate repayment plans with borrowers while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Credit, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and obtain necessary documentation.
- Prepare and present regular collection performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection communications in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in the development of improved collection strategies, leveraging data analytics and best‑practice industry standards.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share insights, and support colleagues in achieving collective targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any field; recent graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: 29 years or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0‑1 year of experience in collections or a related finance role is preferred; any relevant internship experience will be considered.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at the designated Adira branch.
