Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses to support senior leadership decision‑making.
- Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, consolidating departmental inputs and monitoring actual performance against targets.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance operations, continuously seeking process‑improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Act as a liaison between the finance department and internal stakeholders—including procurement, sales, and HR—to resolve financial queries and streamline cross‑functional workflows.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create advanced financial models, dashboards, and presentations.

Requirements
