We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Online) who will act as the digital front‑line for our brand, handling inbound inquiries, guiding prospects through the sales funnel, and supporting the field sales team. Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming chats from WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and major marketplace platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information, address technical questions, and resolve concerns about YADEA electric motorcycles and e‑bikes.
- Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and steer conversations toward a successful closing.
- Maintain a daily follow‑up schedule for all leads in the CRM, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Create simple yet compelling digital content such as product posts, customer testimonials, and promotional graphics to boost online engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the on‑ground sales team to hand over warm leads and coordinate test‑drive appointments.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like response time, conversion rate, and daily sales volume, and report findings to management.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in electric mobility and digital marketing tools.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑35 years (all genders welcome).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or online administration.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and popular marketplace platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets, disciplined, responsive, and self‑motivated.
- Preferred: Prior experience in automotive or motorcycle dealerships, familiarity with Facebook Ads, and a proven record of closing sales via chat.
- Soft skills: Empathy, active listening, problem‑solving, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for sustainable transportation.
Benefits
- Base salary: Rp 750.000 per month.
- Performance‑based incentives per unit sold:
- Electric scooter: Rp 150.000 per unit.
- Electric motorcycle: Rp 300.000 per unit.
- Tiered bonus structure:
- 6‑10 units: additional Rp 25.000 per unit.
- 11‑15 units: additional Rp 50.000 per unit.
- 16+ units: additional Rp 75.000 per unit.
- Potential monthly earnings:
- 5 units sold: roughly Rp 1.5‑2 million.
- 10 units sold: roughly Rp 2.5‑3 million.
- 15+ units sold: up to Rp 3.5‑4.5 million.
