Responsibilities

- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and steam wands safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and dining areas.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering menu questions, and recommending products based on individual preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process point‑of‑sale (POS) orders, and accurately manage daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate low‑stock items to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper storage of perishable items and allergen awareness.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new beverage trends, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma, SMK, or equivalent.
