As a field collector, you will be the front‑line representative of our credit recovery operations, visiting customers at their homes to facilitate timely repayment of loan installments. Responsibilities
- Visit residential customers to conduct face‑to‑face collection activities for overdue credit installments.
- Explain repayment options, negotiate payment plans, and obtain commitments in a courteous yet firm manner.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection targets while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
- Complete a minimum number of daily visits, accurately logging each interaction in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow established collection procedures, including proper documentation, escalation of delinquent accounts, and reporting of field observations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company’s brand positively during each customer encounter.
- Provide feedback to the back‑office team on common customer concerns, helping to improve policies and communication strategies.
- Adhere to safety protocols while traveling to various neighborhoods, ensuring personal and vehicle security.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (MA/Paket C).
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Valid and active motorcycle license (SIM C) with personal motorcycle for field travel.
- Own an Android smartphone (minimum Android 8) capable of running the company’s collection app.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities to meet daily visit quotas.
- Adaptability to technology – comfortable using mobile apps, GPS navigation, and digital reporting tools.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in field collection or related customer‑facing roles. Fresh graduates with a strong drive are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
