Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our coffee‑shop team as Part‑Time Baristas. As a barista, you will be the face of our brand, delivering high‑quality beverages while providing warm, friendly service from Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, and specialty seasonal beverages, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter, coffee equipment, and seating area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and ensure accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, answering product questions, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables; restock supplies as needed and alert management of low stock.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance, such as grinding beans, calibrating grinders, and descaling espresso machines.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions, share knowledge of new menu items, and support special promotions or events.
- Uphold brand standards by consistently delivering high‑quality drinks, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and representing the company’s values.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in the coffee industry or a similar customer‑service role.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating the POS system.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when necessary.
