Responsibilities
- Conduct regular Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all publishing divisions.
- Design, develop, and update creative training modules that reflect the company’s core values of harmony (rukun), honesty (jujur), and trustworthiness (amanah).
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, both in‑house and with external subject‑matter experts, ensuring effective knowledge transfer even on a part‑time schedule.
- Implement a comprehensive post‑training evaluation framework (Kirkpatrick Levels 1‑4) to measure learning outcomes, behavior change, and impact on operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and actionable recommendations for senior management based on evaluation findings.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with broader talent‑development strategies.
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and certification databases in compliance with company policies.
- Support the creation of e‑learning content and assist in managing the learning management system (LMS) when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably a final‑year student or graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in training, facilitation, or curriculum development.
- Strong public speaking abilities and a proven track record of engaging classroom facilitation.
- Excellent analytical skills for conducting TNA and interpreting evaluation data.
- Persuasive communication style with the ability to motivate diverse teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- High integrity, reliability, and a genuine commitment to the company’s mission and values.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on‑site (WFO) in Yogyakarta, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑16:00.
