Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Mitra Keamanan, Kesehatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) to join our operations team. This role is essential for maintaining the safety, health, and environmental standards of our partner drivers and hub facilities across the region. The successful candidate will act as the frontline guardian of vehicle compliance, workplace hygiene, and risk mitigation, ensuring that all assets operate within legal and corporate guidelines while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Mark and verify partner driver vehicles, ensuring that registration documents, insurance, and technical inspection stickers are up‑to‑date.
- Conduct daily inspections of work equipment, restroom facilities, and overall hub cleanliness, reporting any deficiencies promptly.
- Collect, organize, and digitize inspection data, maintaining accurate records for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily reports summarizing findings, corrective actions taken, and any incidents observed.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance for vehicles and facility infrastructure.
- Identify potential safety hazards, propose corrective measures, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide on‑site support for emergency situations, including first‑aid assistance and coordination with external emergency services.
- Educate drivers and hub staff on basic occupational health and safety (K3) principles, promoting a proactive safety mindset.
- Travel mobile across various hub locations, adapting quickly to different work environments and schedules.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vehicle inspections and facility hygiene.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or construction is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle inspection, facility maintenance, or a related HSE role.
- Fundamental knowledge of vehicle mechanics, office infrastructure, and basic occupational safety standards.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail when reviewing documents and conducting inspections.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle) and willingness to travel to multiple hub locations.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, to convey findings clearly.
- Proactive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning in safety best practices.
