Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience working as a barista in a fast‑paced café or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Flexibility to work any outlet location and adjust to varying shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
