Introduction

The Business Channeling Administrator will be based in the Margonda area, serving the greater Jabodetabek region. This role is a critical link between our Business Channeling partners, internal credit assessment teams, and the field operations that bring financing solutions to consumers. As the first point of contact for incoming financing orders, you will ensure that every application is accurately captured, processed, and communicated, thereby supporting our mission to provide fast, responsible, and customer‑centric credit services.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling channel, ensuring timely acknowledgment and entry into our processing system.
  • Collect, verify, and complete all consumer and collateral data, guaranteeing data integrity before it is loaded into the ACCTION platform.
  • Accurately input order details received via the dicicilaja portal into ACCTION, maintaining a clear audit trail for each transaction.
  • Review credit applications against the results of the RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) or the consumer’s internal grading, and process approvals or rejections accordingly.
  • Communicate credit decisions to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations of approved terms or next steps for additional documentation.
  • Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for on‑site verification of collateral and borrower information.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Home Credit (SHC) team to track the progress of each order and resolve any issues that arise during the underwriting process.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all data entries, ensuring that the system reflects the most up‑to‑date status of each application.
  • Provide regular status updates to supervisors and contribute to weekly performance reports that highlight order volumes, processing times, and any bottlenecks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce processing errors.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least one year of relevant administrative or credit‑processing experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with data‑entry systems, Microsoft Office, and basic database concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with customers, SOC staff, and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset for reviewing credit data, identifying discrepancies, and making informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
