Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring correct portion sizes, temperature, and presentation.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and answer basic menu questions to foster a positive first impression.
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with customers throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, adhering to hygiene standards and presentation guidelines outlined in the SOP.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen workstations, and service counters, conducting regular checks and promptly addressing any spills or messes.
- Assist in stock replenishment, ensuring that all necessary ingredients, utensils, and packaging materials are stocked and readily available for peak service periods.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing concise reports on sales, inventory levels, and any operational issues that arose during the previous shift.
- Comply with all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and routine sanitization of work surfaces.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to maintain a harmonious work atmosphere and achieve daily sales targets.
- Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, covering both weekday and weekend periods as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years old, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Excellent personal hygiene and a clean, presentable appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, patient, and able to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Disciplined, honest, and responsible attitude with a willingness to follow established SOPs.
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash transactions accurately (if assigned).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Availability to work the shift schedule of 11:00 – 15:00, Monday through Saturday.
