Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Sever – Staf Pelayanan Pelanggan. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. As a front‑line staff member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
The position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours of 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable routine for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle payment transactions, process receipts, and manage cash registers with integrity.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and turn potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, supervisors, and fellow service members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service techniques.
- Uphold company policies regarding dress code, including the mandatory hijab for female staff, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Monitor inventory of service supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments) and report shortages to management.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or peak periods.
Requirements
- Age: 19‑25 years (both single and married candidates are welcome).
- Gender: Female (must adhere to the hijab dress code).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in the F&B sector is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Personal qualities: Discipline, strong sense of responsibility, and high motivation to work.
- Physical fitness: Good health both physically and mentally to handle the demands of a fast‑paced service environment.
- Religious affiliation: Must be Muslim, respecting the cultural values of our clientele.
- Skills: Proficiency in food and beverage service, basic cash handling, and effective communication.
