Introduction

Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock rotation, and communicate any shortages or quality concerns to the Kitchen Supervisor.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, performing regular cleaning of equipment, surfaces, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow kitchen staff to streamline workflow, reduce waste, and meet service timelines, especially during peak lunch and dinner periods.
- Participate in menu tastings, provide feedback on new dishes, and suggest improvements based on guest preferences and culinary trends.
- Maintain accurate production logs, record any deviations from standard procedures, and assist in daily end‑of‑shift reports.
- Support special events, banquet preparations, and catering orders by scaling recipes and adapting to unique client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Age limit: 25 years or younger at the time of application.
- Prior experience in a similar food preparation or cooking role is highly preferred; fresh graduates with strong culinary enthusiasm are also considered.
