Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including reception duties, phone handling, and visitor coordination.
- Prepare, format, and file corporate documents using Microsoft Word and other office productivity tools.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and payroll data.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, schedule appointments, and ensure all logistical details are confirmed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of live‑host sessions, including script preparation, cue‑card management, and on‑site support.
- Act as a liaison between the production team and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, order replenishments, and manage vendor relationships.
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and operational insights.
- Provide ad‑hoc support for marketing initiatives, such as social media content scheduling and basic graphic preparation.
- Uphold company policies, data confidentiality, and compliance with relevant labor regulations.
Requirements
- Female candidate, age 18‑35 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/SEDERJAT).
- Strong confidence and comfort appearing on camera; prior live‑hosting experience is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Energetic, creative mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with basic office software (Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during special events.
- Must not wear hijab while performing host duties, in line with the visual requirements of our live productions.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
