Responsibilities

- Coordinate the scheduling of service appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of technicians and workshop bays.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, lubricants, and consumables; generate purchase requests when thresholds are reached.
- Assist technicians with basic preparatory tasks such as gathering tools, cleaning work areas, and moving equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of workshop facilities and equipment to verify compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and distribute service reports, invoices, and customer communications in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs, ensuring that scheduled services are performed on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and smoke‑free work environment at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new automotive technologies and workshop best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent physical health and mental well‑being to handle the demands of a workshop setting.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude (often referred to as “jujur dan bertanggungjawab”).
