Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Crew Service – Professional Waitress to join our bustling hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and dietary restrictions, to answer guest inquiries confidently.
- Prepare and set up dining areas, ensuring tables are clean, linens are crisp, and all necessary utensils are available.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle cash registers in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and industry trends.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking supplies, polishing glassware, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification; candidates with a high school diploma (SMA) or junior high (SMP) will also be considered, especially for entry‑level positions.
- Age: 20 – 45 years old (flexible for both male and female applicants).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a similar waitstaff role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attentive to detail, quick‑thinking, and capable of multitasking in a high‑energy environment.
- Appearance: Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional events or peak periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus.
