Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Crew Service – Professional Waitress to join our bustling hospitality team. The successful candidate will work closely with kitchen staff, fellow service crew, and management to ensure seamless service from the moment guests arrive until they depart.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and dietary restrictions, to answer guest inquiries confidently.
  • Prepare and set up dining areas, ensuring tables are clean, linens are crisp, and all necessary utensils are available.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle cash registers in accordance with company policies.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and industry trends.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking supplies, polishing glassware, and completing end‑of‑day reports.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification; candidates with a high school diploma (SMA) or junior high (SMP) will also be considered, especially for entry‑level positions.
  • Age: 20 – 45 years old (flexible for both male and female applicants).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a similar waitstaff role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attentive to detail, quick‑thinking, and capable of multitasking in a high‑energy environment.
  • Appearance: Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional events or peak periods.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus.
