Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Administrator Pengelolaan Persediaan Beras to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the entire rice sales cycle—from order intake to delivery—runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales administration, excellent analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset that aligns with our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
The position is open to male candidates who have completed a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, preferably with a focus on Marketing or Business. Applicants should be no older than 35 years and have at least one year of relevant experience in marketing administration, particularly within the FMCG, staple goods, or rice sectors.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record incoming rice orders from distributors, retailers, and direct customers.
- Generate accurate invoices, delivery notes (surat jalan), and ensure timely distribution of these documents to the finance and logistics teams.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer databases, including contact information, order histories, and payment terms.
- Monitor inventory levels in the warehouse, update stock records in real‑time, and alert procurement when reorder points are reached.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, trend analyses, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with available stock and forecasted demand.
- Liaise with warehouse and production departments to guarantee product availability and resolve any bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Assist the logistics team during peak shipment periods, ensuring that loading schedules and transportation arrangements are executed flawlessly.
- Implement and uphold digital archiving standards for all sales documents, invoices, and shipping records.
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to increase accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 in Management (preferably Marketing Management or Business Administration).
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience in marketing or sales, preferably within FMCG, staple goods, or rice distribution.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and familiar with sales administration software.
- Core Competencies: High level of accuracy, strong analytical mindset, ability to compile and interpret data, meticulous record‑keeping, and competence in both digital and manual archiving.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, target‑driven attitude, initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and demonstrated loyalty to the organization.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (exact days to be confirmed).
