Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain optimal product placement and visual merchandising standards to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the back‑office team to replenish shelves efficiently.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and ready for business.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays, seasonal themes, and in‑store events to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and process returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Identify and report any product damages, discrepancies, or potential loss prevention issues to the store manager.
- Participate actively in training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and suggestions to help improve product assortment and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 candidates from any major are also welcome.
- Age: Up to 28 years old (no strict upper limit for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in the Pekalongan area and its surrounding locations.
- Commitment to attend and complete all mandatory training programs.
