Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously refine age‑appropriate English language curricula aligned with national and international standards.

- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance instructional quality.
- Write detailed progress reports for students, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and personalized learning recommendations.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, administrative staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons, fostering digital literacy among young learners.
- Organize and lead workshops on effective teaching strategies, curriculum implementation, and the use of educational songs and games.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pedagogical trends, early childhood development research, and best practices in English language instruction.
- Participate in school-wide events, parent‑teacher meetings, and community outreach programs to promote the school’s mission.
- Ensure all teaching activities comply with health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, English, Curriculum Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven teaching experience, preferably in early childhood or primary education.
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written – with the ability to communicate professionally with parents and colleagues.
- Strong computer literacy; proficient with word processing, spreadsheet software, and educational platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, comprehensive progress reports.
- Familiarity with children’s curricula, English nursery rhymes, and educational songs.
- Patience, high energy, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with young children.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and students.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to curriculum development.
- Female candidates are preferred, in line with the school’s current staffing policy.
- Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00.
