Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea drinks, assisting the barista when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and monitoring sanitation standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to coordinate service flow during peak periods.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts with precision.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Participate in regular shift briefings, inventory checks, and routine health‑safety inspections.
- Assist in training new team members and share best practices for efficient service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders; preference may be given to male candidates as per current staffing needs.
- At least 0 years of experience; prior experience as a waiter, barista, or in the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- Strong personal traits: disciplined, detail‑oriented, responsible, honest, courteous, and well‑mannered.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and to cooperate effectively within a team.
- Residency in Sukabumi or the surrounding area.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and beverage preparation.
