Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and the specific goals of each student.
- Conduct one‑on‑one tutoring sessions at the student’s residence, ensuring a focused and distraction‑free learning environment.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing detailed feedback to both students and their parents.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson outcomes, and any adjustments to the instructional plan.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss performance, set realistic goals, and recommend supplementary resources.
- Stay current with educational trends, new pedagogical tools, and subject‑matter developments to continuously enhance instructional quality.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and motivating atmosphere that encourages curiosity and independent problem‑solving.
- Ensure all tutoring sessions start and end on time, adhering to the scheduled working hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops organized by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Education or a related field.
- Preferably a graduate (Sarjana) from a Faculty of Education.
- Residency in Kabupaten Jepara is required to ensure timely travel to client homes.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, with strong communication and instructional skills.
- Patience, discipline, and a high degree of responsibility when managing student learning.
