This role is perfect for a young professional (female, max 30 years old) with a solid foundation in marketing or communications and at least one year of hands‑on experience managing social platforms for beauty‑oriented brands.
Responsibilities
- Content Planning: Develop a comprehensive editorial calendar (daily, weekly, monthly) that aligns with promotional cycles, seasonal trends, and salon campaigns.
- Content Production: Capture high‑quality photos and short videos of treatments (hair coloring, facials, nail art, etc.), edit them using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or basic video‑editing tools to match the salon’s aesthetic.
- Publishing & Account Management: Schedule and post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms; write compelling captions and select relevant hashtags to maximize reach.
- Community Engagement: Respond promptly to direct messages, comments, and inquiries; guide prospects through the booking funnel and nurture existing clients.
- Campaign & Influencer Coordination: Design and launch discount or bundle promotions; collaborate with local influencers or KOLs to extend brand visibility.
- Performance Monitoring: Track metrics such as reach, engagement, click‑through, and conversion; produce monthly reports and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure visual tone, voice, and messaging remain consistent across all digital touchpoints, strengthening brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends (hair styles, skincare innovations, nail designs) and incorporate them into content ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Female candidates, age 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing social media for businesses, preferably within the beauty or salon industry.
- Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and familiarity with emerging platforms.
- Solid design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Basic video‑editing abilities for Reels, TikTok clips, and short promos.
- Strong copywriting and content‑marketing knowledge.
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under targets, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
