Responsibilities
- Receive and validate incoming shipments, ensuring that quantities, product codes, and condition match the accompanying documentation.
- Inspect goods for damage, report discrepancies, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and pack customer orders with precision, adhering to packaging standards that protect items during transit.
- Label packages accurately, verify shipping addresses, and ensure timely dispatch in line with delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, generate daily stock reports, and flag items that are approaching reorder points.
- Maintain organized storage locations, implement FIFO/LIFO methods as required, and conduct periodic cycle counts.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor and cross‑functional teams to optimize workflow, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and support special projects such as seasonal inventory spikes.
- Utilize warehouse management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) to document transactions, update inventory logs, and generate performance metrics.
- Perform additional duties as needed, including equipment maintenance, facility housekeeping, and participation in safety drills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; physical strength required for lifting and moving boxes up to 25 kg.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
- Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and a clean, orderly work environment.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30.
- Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of application.
