We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Service Professional to join our dynamic facilities management team. The role involves working six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across a variety of commercial and residential settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely, ensuring regular inspection and reporting of any malfunctions.
- Follow established health‑and‑safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns promptly.
- Document completed work using daily checklists and report any unusual conditions or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to coordinate schedules, share resources, and achieve optimal coverage during peak periods.
- Adapt to high‑pressure situations, such as last‑minute service requests or emergency clean‑ups, while maintaining quality standards.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, sustainability initiatives, and cost‑effective cleaning solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
