Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tim Kitchen – Cabang Solo to join our dynamic food & beverage team. This full‑time position is based in our Solo branch and offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for culinary excellence are highly valued.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification, be comfortable working under pressure, and possess a genuine interest in learning about kitchen equipment and food products. All genders are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, report shortages, and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, line cooks, and front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Handle customer special requests and dietary restrictions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
  • Adhere to food safety protocols, conduct regular equipment checks, and promptly report any maintenance issues.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to enhance guest experience and support upselling initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.
  • Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Full‑time availability, with workdays Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Previous experience in the food & beverage (FnB) industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight service timelines.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and a solid understanding of food handling practices.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to grasp product knowledge and menu details.
