Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude, providing assistance and product information as needed.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are correct.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints, escalating complex issues to the store manager when appropriate.
- Support promotional activities, such as setting up sales banners, sampling stations, and seasonal displays.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, store policies, and sales techniques.
- Adhere to store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a cohesive, high‑performing team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed; no prior work experience is required.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
