Responsibilities
- Execute the end‑to‑end sales process, ensuring all transactions comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and the sales targets established by management.
- Present and explain Adira’s financing products—such as personal loans, vehicle loans, and small‑business credit—tailoring the pitch to each customer’s financial situation and needs.
- Gather, verify, and process consumer credit applications, coordinating with underwriting teams to achieve quick approval cycles while maintaining data accuracy.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and home visits to assess the creditworthiness of prospective borrowers, documenting findings in the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, referrals, and community networking, continuously updating the sales forecast.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide field insights that help refine product features and promotional strategies.
- Prepare detailed activity reports, including sales performance, survey results, and customer feedback, and present them to the regional manager on a weekly basis.
- Adhere to ethical sales standards, ensuring transparency and honesty in all customer interactions to build long‑term relationships and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 29 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by local hiring policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within financial services, automotive financing, or consumer credit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mobile data entry applications.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tanah Bumbu area for client visits and surveys.
