Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging live‑stream sessions that showcase product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Prepare and rehearse product scripts, promotional offers, and visual aids before each broadcast.
- Interact actively with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and creating a lively conversation flow.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage real‑time purchases, upsells, and bundle deals.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align live content with broader campaign calendars.
- Monitor live analytics (view count, engagement rate, conversion metrics) and provide post‑session performance reports.
- Continuously improve on‑air presence through self‑review, coaching sessions, and industry trend research.
- Maintain a clean, organized streaming environment and ensure all technical equipment (camera, microphone, lighting) functions correctly.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including morning (08:00‑12:00) and evening (16:00‑20:00) slots, to reach peak audience times.
- Stay up‑to‑date with product inventory, promotional calendars, and any new feature releases that could impact live content.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years maximum (flexible up to 30 years for exceptional candidates).
