Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products to customers visiting partner outlets.
  • Demonstrate product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Guide customers through the application and payment process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Utilize social media platforms to create engaging content that highlights financing solutions, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Home Credit’s product portfolio, promotional campaigns, and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices.
  • Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure the outlet’s presentation is tidy, professional, and aligned with Home Credit’s brand standards.
  • Collaborate with outlet managers and fellow associates to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.
  • Open to candidates of any gender.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for meeting challenges.
  • Professional appearance and the ability to represent the brand positively.
  • Ownership of an Android smartphone for managing digital sales tools and social media outreach.
  • Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets in Jambi city, its street‑level locations, or nearby mall areas.
  • Basic understanding of personal finance concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a customer‑centric mindset are essential.
