Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Regional di Payakumbuh to lead our kitchen crew across Payakumbuh and its surrounding areas. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Sunday, with flexible shift coverage from 07:00 to 23:59. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the kitchen crew to ensure timely preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes.
- Oversee the preparation of ingredients: chopping, washing, and portioning foods while maintaining strict adherence to hygiene standards.
- Monitor cooking processes, adjusting heat, seasoning, and presentation to achieve consistent flavor and visual appeal.
- Implement and enforce rigorous cleanliness protocols for equipment, workstations, and storage areas, conducting regular inspections.
- Manage inventory control: receive deliveries, verify quality, rotate stock, and minimize waste through proper storage techniques.
- Ensure all food is stored at appropriate temperatures and complies with local health regulations.
- Lead the plating and presentation of dishes, guaranteeing that each plate meets the brand’s aesthetic standards.
- Conduct on‑the‑job training, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to develop team members’ culinary skills and professional growth.
- Collaborate with the head chef on menu updates, special promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of production, waste, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
