Introduction

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales force as Associate Sales – Customer Relationship Management. As part of our expanding network of partner outlets in Padang and its surrounding areas, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with convenient payment solutions while representing the trusted Home Credit brand.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products at partner retail outlets, both in street‑level shops and mall locations.
  • Engage customers through face‑to‑face interactions, explaining product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate mobile‑based payment platforms, guide customers through the application process, and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers and staff to ensure product visibility and optimal placement.
  • Create and post engaging content on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to raise awareness of Home Credit financing options, driving foot traffic and online inquiries.
  • Collect and document customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports to the regional sales manager.
  • Assist customers throughout the entire payment lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post‑sale support, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, product workshops, and performance coaching to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Home Credit’s brand standards at all times while on duty.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with prior work experience are preferred.
  • Age: 18‑35 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and handle objections.
  • Positive, challenge‑oriented mindset and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Neat, presentable appearance that reflects the professional image of Home Credit.
  • Own an Android smartphone capable of running Home Credit apps and social media platforms.
  • Flexibility to work in partner outlets across Padang, including both street‑level and mall environments.
  • Basic adaptability and willingness to learn new digital tools and sales methodologies.
