Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products at partner retail outlets, both in street‑level shops and mall locations.
- Engage customers through face‑to‑face interactions, explaining product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options in a clear, friendly manner.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate mobile‑based payment platforms, guide customers through the application process, and troubleshoot common issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers and staff to ensure product visibility and optimal placement.
- Create and post engaging content on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to raise awareness of Home Credit financing options, driving foot traffic and online inquiries.
- Collect and document customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports to the regional sales manager.
- Assist customers throughout the entire payment lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post‑sale support, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, product workshops, and performance coaching to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Home Credit’s brand standards at all times while on duty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with prior work experience are preferred.
- Age: 18‑35 years old.
