Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Hub Kontrol Inventaris professional to join our logistics team in Tangerang Selatan, serving the greater Jabodetabek area. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that inventory movements are accurately recorded, temperature‑controlled storage is maintained, and all inbound and outbound processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment and demonstrate a keen eye for detail while handling physical inventory and digital data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Verify the consistency between delivery notes (surat jalan) and the physical goods received, ensuring that quantities, SKUs, and condition match documentation.
  • Conduct regular temperature checks of freezers and chillers, recording readings twice per shift on designated forms to guarantee product safety.
  • Cross‑check sales orders (SO) with physical inventory during inbound processing to prevent discrepancies.
  • Document any variances such as over‑receipts, bad stock, or shortages, and initiate corrective actions with the warehouse supervisor.
  • Enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly, flagging any items that fail acceptance criteria.
  • Organize stock using FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) and FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) methodologies to optimize turnover and reduce waste.
  • Measure and log temperature readings at least two times per shift, ensuring compliance with food safety and pharmaceutical standards.
  • Record disposal activities for bad stock, including destruction procedures and proper paperwork.
  • Support shift handovers by providing clear, concise reports on inventory status, temperature trends, and any pending issues.
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and transportation teams to streamline the flow of goods and resolve any bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Male candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a related logistics role.
  • Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek area and adapt to a rotating shift schedule (including early morning and night shifts).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with internal teams and external carriers.
  • High level of accuracy, meticulousness, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Physical agility and stamina to handle manual handling tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently while maintaining teamwork spirit.
