Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our Front of House team as Waiters. The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides a solid foundation for building a long‑term career in the restaurant and hotel industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, recommend specials, and address any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring table turnover.
- Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and process credit card authorizations securely.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bar staff, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any guest concerns.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond swiftly to feedback or complaints.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including proper handling of utensils and cleaning of workstations.
- Assist in inventory checks for tableware, linens, and beverage stock, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to continuously improve service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified for this role).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a front‑of‑house or waitstaff position.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Honesty, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated capacity to remain calm and efficient under pressure, especially during peak service periods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude toward guests.
- Flexibility to work the designated schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
