Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tutor for the Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK) preparation program to join our dynamic online learning team. This role is ideal for educators who possess a solid academic background, at least two years of teaching experience, and a passion for helping aspiring civil servants succeed in the competitive CPNS examination. Responsibilities
- Deliver live or pre‑recorded TWK lessons to small‑group online classes, adhering to the predetermined class schedule.
- Explain complex concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, ensuring all participants grasp the material.
- Provide timely consultation, answer questions, and offer personalized study advice to each learner.
- Design original practice questions and mock tests that reflect the latest CPNS standards, covering a variety of difficulty levels.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and mock exams, then deliver constructive feedback to guide improvement.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to update content, incorporate new regulations, and maintain the relevance of teaching materials.
- Maintain a professional online presence, including preparing lesson plans, setting up Zoom sessions, and ensuring technical smoothness.
- Track attendance and participation metrics, reporting progress to program managers on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; candidates currently enrolled in a Sekolah Kedinasan program are also welcome.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 2 years of proven teaching experience, preferably in test preparation or adult education.
- Demonstrated mastery of the Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK) syllabus and CPNS exam format.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively in both Indonesian and English, if needed.
- Highly responsible, disciplined, and able to manage time autonomously.
- Flexible availability to accommodate class schedules, primarily on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 08:00‑17:00.
- Own a reliable laptop or compatible device with stable internet access and Zoom capability.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools, virtual whiteboards, and online assessment platforms.
