Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Female Employee for our Operations Department. This pivotal role will support the seamless execution of daily activities within a dynamic retail environment, ensuring that our store management systems run efficiently and that customer satisfaction remains high. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours of 08:00 – 17:00. As a senior member of the team, you will act as a bridge between frontline staff and senior management, contributing to strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and proper handling of returns.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling support.
- Maintain and update the Store Management System (SMS), guaranteeing data integrity and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to align deliveries with sales forecasts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per square meter, shrinkage rates, and staff productivity, and propose corrective actions when needed.
- Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards to create a secure workplace for employees and customers.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the role’s operational needs.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Proficient in using Store Management Systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly yet authoritative demeanor.
